Busy, busy with all the problems with the swine flu and the vaccines for it. Now the FDA just relaxed their regulations on Tymerasol, the mercury contaminant that had been highly regulated. Probably will be many more problems with the coming batches of the vaccine due to this.

Very busy weekend as we had our fall seminar for all the Doctors Nutrition locations. It was great and lots of cases to go over and learn more about how to help with natural medicine. All the doc's and staff are doing great and it was great having everyone together.

Will try to keep updated on the latest on the flu vaccines and the associated problems.

Back soon.

Busy, busy with folks wanting to be prepared for the H1N1 (swine flu) virus. Calls from all over the country. Lots of the folks doing lab work to see the status of their immune system. Also, same folks wanting to know what can improve their immune system. we suggest the arabaniogalactan powder as well as taking adequate amounts of vitamin D.

On vitamin D; most, if not all those we test, are very low if they have not been taking at least 2000 to 3000 i.u. per day. Some sources are now recommending 5000 i.u. per day for adults. After watching hundreds of labs recently, we would have to agree that is a good daily dose.

While we are on the flu thing, we might want to talk about the vaccine for the H1N1. We are not in favor of this vaccine and we are in good company. Many of the guru's are saying the same thing. One of the problems is the possibility of developing Guillain-Barré syndrome. Not something you want to deal with. Over the years there have been many incidences of GBS from vaccines.
